About the Role This is a full-time position. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, sales driven, hands-on environment where product knowledge & presentation, teamwork, and customer focus matter. This role supports both trade professionals and retail customers, helping them source the right tools and materials. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service and expert advice Contribute to achieving sales targets and overall store performance Support day-to-day operations including merchandising, stock replenishment and pricing Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment Assist with stock control, ordering and inventory management Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure a seamless customer experience Passion for customer service and creating a positive in-store experience Interest or knowledge in hardware, DIY or home improvement products Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude Reliable, organised and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment Willingness to learn and continuously build product knowledge Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling, flexibility to climb ladders and move heavy goods around, is important What’s Next?
