At RV Super Centre, we provide exceptional retail accessories for RV, camping, marine, tiny home and outdoor enthusiasts, and we're looking for a dynamic Retail Assistant to join our team at our purpose-built new location in Queenstown by the airport. The role: As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensure we meet our sales targets. If you're enthusiastic, love customer interactions and learning about new products then this is the perfect role for you! Key Responsibilities: Excel in outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with our customers. Build solid relationships with the RVSC team and wider THL business. Meet and exceed daily sales targets. Actively participate and take responsibility for your training needs to ensure you are an expert on all RVSC’s products and systems. First point of contact for phone and email enquiries. Merchandise and restock shelves, ensure all products are ticketed and pricing is current. Operate computerised tills and barcode readers to scan items. Accept payments for goods. Keep the store clean and tidy. Assist with picking/dispatching of Online store orders when required. Ensure all end of day processes are completed correctly, on time, every day. Participate in all aspects of stock takes. Help support Tradeshows and Expos. What we are looking for: Experience in RV, marine, kitchens, plumbing or outdoor retail sales is an advantage but not necessary. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident in using computers, including Excel/Word, Shopify is a bonus. A positive, energetic team player with a great sense of humour.
