What You'll Do As our Process & Control Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting strong risk management practices and efficient processes, helping strengthen Genesis' control environment. This is an enterprise-wide role where you will partner with business leaders to understand how work gets done, identify key risks, map processes, and design practical, sustainable controls. You'll also coach teams to build confidence in identifying, documenting and managing their own processes and controls, helping embed a strong control culture across the organisation. Partner with business units to build capability to map key business processes and identify risks and critical controls. Facilitate process and control workshops and guide teams through control self-assessments. Provide expert advice and set the enterprise standard on process documentation and control design Review and challenge process and control documentation, identifying opportunities to strengthen the control environment. Analyse trends, provide insights and support reporting that helps leaders make informed risk decisions. Build strong relationships across the business, coaching and supporting stakeholders to improve risk and control capability. What You'll Bring We're looking for a self-starter who enjoys working with people, simplifying complexity and influencing positive change. You'll be comfortable working across a large organisation, building credibility with a wide range of stakeholders and balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery. You’ll Also Bring Experience in external or internal audit, risk advisory, controls, assurance or a related discipline. Experience working within a large, complex organisation or professional services environment. Strong process mapping and risk and controls knowledge, with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical solutions. Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with confidence influencing at all levels. Strong analytical, problem-solving and written communication skills. A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
