Are you an experienced vehicle detailer who enjoys coaching others and leading by example? We're looking for a Motorhome Detailing Trainer to join our team and play a key role in developing, supporting, and upskilling our detailing crew. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who loves being on the floor, working alongside the team, and helping others build confidence and capability. You'll provide practical training, support onboarding, reinforce quality and safety standards, and help ensure every vehicle leaves guest-ready and looking its best. What you'll be doing Training new and existing detailers on vehicle cleaning, preparation, and presentation standards. Demonstrating best-practice detailing techniques through hands-on coaching. Supporting the onboarding of new team members with practical guidance and mentoring. Training staff on the safe use of products, chemicals, equipment, PPE, and tools. Conducting quality checks and staff audits to identify coaching opportunities and maintain standards. Providing real-time feedback to improve quality, safety, and productivity. Identifying skill gaps and developing practical training solutions. Supporting daily operations and providing leadership coverage when required. Promoting a positive team culture focused on pride, consistency, and continuous improvement. Assisting with branch operations to help deliver an exceptional guest experience. What you'll bring Strong hands-on vehicle detailing experience or similar operational experience. Previous experience training, coaching, mentoring, or buddying team members. Knowledge of workplace health and safety, chemical handling, PPE, and equipment care. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain processes clearly and practically. A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high presentation standards. Confidence providing respectful, constructive feedback. A positive, approachable, and supportive attitude. The ability to remain calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills and the ability to track training progress and development needs.
