Watercare invites two experienced Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisors to drive proactive safety culture across the organisation. You will partner with leaders to strengthen HSW performance, manage risks and embed best practice in daily operations. You’ll lead audits, investigations and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver safer workplaces and support communities served.
