We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team and oversee construction projects from commencement through to successful completion. The Opportunity As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, management, and delivery of construction projects while ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded. You will work closely with site managers, subcontractors, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Delivery Manage construction projects from initiation through to completion and final handover. Develop project programmes, schedules, and delivery strategies. Coordinate site establishment, resource allocation, and project commencement activities. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and challenges. Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Team Leadership & Coordination Work collaboratively with Operations Manager, Project Mangers, Foremen, and Quantity Surveyors. Coordinate staffing requirements and project resources. Support site teams to ensure project objectives are achieved efficiently. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture. Contract Administration & Compliance Manage project documentation, reporting, invoicing, and record keeping. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, building standards, and Health & Safety requirements. Maintain accurate project records and ensure all compliance obligations are met. Oversee project quality assurance processes and defect resolution. Financial Management Monitor project budgets and costs. Assist with project cost management and ensure accurate and timely invoicing. Ensure efficient use of project resources and identify opportunities for improved project performance. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience in construction project management. Strong understanding of Commercial, Industrial and/or Residential construction practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Exceptional time management and organisational abilities. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. A self-motivated and proactive approach. Sound computer and project management software skills (Microsoft Project, Office Suite, CAT Projects) Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines. A commitment to workplace health and safety.
