Spectrum Care in Central Auckland is seeking a Community Support Worker to join our Supported Independent Living team. You will provide one-on-one support to adults with disabilities in their homes and communities, helping them live with dignity and independence. You'll assist with daily tasks, encourage participation in hobbies and community activities, and build routines that support wellbeing.
