Kristin School is seeking an ICT Service Delivery Team Lead on Auckland’s North Shore. You will lead a small ICT support team, balance hands-on work with people leadership, and drive a culture of proactive service excellence across staff and students. Reporting to the Head of ICT, you will optimise workflows, oversee the helpdesk, manage device lifecycles, and develop SI/knowledge base.
