Oranga Tamariki is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Partner to lead the delivery of our Social Worker recruitment strategy. The role is fixed term until 30 June 2027 and involves shaping national talent pipelines and partnering with education providers, community organisations and stakeholders across New Zealand.
