As a Barista at DVML Forsyth Barr Stadium , you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the coffee bar, preparing and serving quality espresso beverages, maintaining stock levels, and delivering outstanding customer service. You'll play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for guests while upholding the highest standards of food safety and presentation. This is a Casual position where hours work are "as and when" required basis upon business needs. Therefore, successfull candidate MUST be available during weekends. Prepare and serve high-quality espresso coffee and a range of hot and cold beverages. Deliver friendly, professional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Operate café and point-of-sale systems, including cash handling and transaction processing. Maintain stock levels, assist with ordering, stock rotation, and minimise wastage. Ensure coffee bar areas, equipment, and public spaces are clean, safe, and maintained to high standards. Ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure in a busy environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills with a positive attitude. Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physically fit, reliable, flexible, and passionate about delivering great coffee and service.
