What you'll do: As a Commercial & Pricing Operations Analyst, you'll help shape competitive pricing and commercial outcomes across our Enterprise customer portfolio. This is a hands-on commercial role where you'll build and evolve pricing models- turning commercial information into well-informed pricing decisions. Some of the key responsibilities are: Partner with the Enterprise team to develop and deliver pricing strategies across electricity, gas, and LPG Build models and analyse data to generate insights that improve commercial outcomes Maintain and govern pricing and commercial data to ensure accuracy and consistency Deliver reporting, dashboards, and analysis to support business performance Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, data quality, and efficiency Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders through reports and visualisations What you'll need: You'll bring a strong commercial mindset and ideally hands-on pricing experience, with the curiosity to dig into the detail and understand what's driving an outcome. You'll be comfortable balancing accuracy with pace and keen to keep developing your capability as the role and business evolve. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in pricing and/or commercial analysis Advanced Excel skills, with experience in SQL and/or Power BI beneficial Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights Confidence working with stakeholders across the business Experience in the energy sector or a large, complex organisation is advantageous An inquisitive, proactive approach and an appetite to learn, progress and adapt as business needs change How we'll help you thrive: At Genesis, we know that every moment matters - it's not just about the mahi today, it's also all the other benefits that set you up for a thriving future.
