The opportunities Based in either Auckland or Hamilton, you will build trusted, long-term client relationships, providing independent advice that helps clients make confident decisions — from early feasibility and cost planning through to value engineering, strategic procurement, post-contract administration and final account. You’ll take genuine ownership of your workstreams, backed by RLB’s global data, benchmarking and digital tools to sharpen every recommendation you make. Leadership comes early too — coaching and mentoring junior team members, delegating meaningful work, and helping shape how the wider team delivers. What you will bring Demonstrated experience leading major building projects and complex workstreams Advanced capability in estimating, cost planning and commercial management A relevant tertiary qualification, ideally supported by NZIQS or RICS membership Credibility and confidence when advising clients and senior stakeholders The judgement to see beyond the numbers and identify the issues that matter A practical, assured and collaborative leadership style Why join RLB?
