The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Operations Director is responsible for the financial and operational performance of Business Central NZ. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing financial management, cashflow forecasting, budgeting, debtor management, operational systems, vendor relationships, compliance, health and safety, and office operations. You'll also lead a small specialist team while helping deliver an exciting period of transformation and growth. About You You are an experienced operational and finance leader who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and enjoys driving both performance and continuous improvement. You will bring: Proven experience in senior finance, operations, or commercial leadership roles. Strong cashflow management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting capability. Experience managing operational systems, risk, compliance, and vendor relationships. The ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive business improvement initiatives. Excellent commercial judgement and a pragmatic, solution-focused mindset. Qualifications A degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline, supported by significant post-graduate commercial finance experience.
