About The Position Lyra Technology Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our growing Talent Acquisition team, supporting recruitment across Australia and New Zealand. This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across Lyra Technology Group's ANZ operating companies, with a particular focus on technical, corporate and business support hiring. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, build strong candidate pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial sourcing through to offer and onboarding. This is a hands‑on role for an experienced recruiter who can manage multiple priorities, operate independently and build strong relationships across a multi‑brand environment. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical vacancies across assigned operating companies. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, priorities and recruitment timelines. Own corporate and business support recruitment across assigned operating companies. Develop and place compelling job advertisements across appropriate recruitment channels. Proactively source, identify and engage candidates through the ATS, job boards, LinkedIn and other channels. Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate suitability against role requirements. Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers. Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Complete reference and background checks in line with established processes. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and anticipated hiring needs. Coordinate the offer process, including candidate communication, offer documentation and acceptance, in partnership with the hiring manager. Coordinate post-placement onboarding check-ins with new starters and relevant stakeholders to support a positive transition. Maintain accurate recruitment records and ATS data and support recruitment reporting. Identify and contribute to improvements across recruitment processes, tools, candidate experience and ways of working. Ensure recruitment activity follows established processes, compliance requirements and agreed recruitment standards. Skills Required 5+ years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a fast-paced sourcing environment. Experience recruiting technical/IT roles is highly desirable. Strong working knowledge of ATS platforms, recruitment systems and reporting. Strong candidate screening, assessment and interview coordination skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities within agreed timelines. Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and manage expectations. Demonstrated ability to proactively source and engage candidates through a range of recruitment channels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable operating across a multi-brand, multi-stakeholder environment. Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement and appropriately escalation recruitment risks or issues. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
