If you are naturally curious, commercially minded, and passionate about turning insights into action, this could be the role for you. As a Product Analyst, you'll play a key role in analysing product performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing meaningful recommendations that influence strategic decision-making. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business, contribute to high-impact initiatives, and help drive customer-focused outcomes across lending, deposit and trade products. This role offers the perfect blend of analytical thinking, commercial insight, and stakeholder engagement. It's also an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in product management, with a clear pathway toward future Product Manager opportunities. What you’ll be doing: Analyse product performance and customer insights to support business decisions. Deliver reporting, insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Support the ongoing development and management of Working Capital products. Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and product improvements. Build strong relationships across the business and contribute to product governance and portfolio activities. Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring? Product and Banking or financial services experience is advantageous, particularly within business banking. However, we're also keen to hear from candidates with strong analytical and stakeholder management experience from related fields such as commercial analysis, business analysis, project delivery or procurement. Confidence communicating with and influencing a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive approach, growth mindset, and genuine curiosity to learn and improve. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Commercial awareness and an interest in products, customers and business performance.
