The Hub has been designed to create a moreefficient, consistent, and resilient approach to business support acrossCouncil. It brings together functions previously spread across theorganisation, improving visibility of work, prioritisation, resource management,and service delivery outcomes. You'll lead a diverse, multidisciplinary teamcovering business support for operational teams, business process management,property management, and fleet management. Working closely with managers andleaders across Council, you'll help embed better ways of working, buildcapability, and influence how support services are delivered. This is a rare opportunity to shape a new teamand make a practical difference to how Council works.
