RealNZ invites applications for a Launch Master to lead and oversee the operation of the historic TSS Earnslaw aboard the Queenstown line. You’ll supervise crew, deliver safety briefings, and ensure exceptional guest experiences on Lake Whakatipu. The role requires strong leadership, a hands-on approach with vessels in the region, and a focus on safety, maintenance, and customer service.
