You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team, providing ahigh-end, personalised cleaning service across the resort, including ourpremium accommodation, Health & Fitness Centre, restaurants, andaward-winning spa. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible forcheck-out cleans, which include making beds, scrubbing bathrooms, dusting,vacuuming, mopping floors, and restocking supplies. Daily room servicing isalso a key part of the role, ensuring our guests return to a clean, tidy, andwelcoming space. You will also report any maintenance issues in a timely mannerto ensure a seamless guest experience. This is a hands-on, physically active role involvingrepetitive tasks and movement throughout your shift. You will be working inboth indoor and outdoor environments, making it ideal for those who enjoy beingactive and surrounded by nature in one of New Zealand’s most stunning resortsettings. SuccessProfile Cleaningexperience in five-star Hotel or comparable environment preferred Have astrong work ethic, excellent time management skills and take pride in highstandards of cleanliness and presentation Communicateclearly and respectfully with both guests and team members Showattention to detail and a proactive approach to reporting maintenanceissues Abilityto work on independently while also being a strong team player Bereliable, punctual, and able to respond to a variety of situations with acollaborative and flexible approach Bephysically fit and capable of handling the demands of a hands-on,fast-paced environment, as role involves regular manual handling,repetitive tasks, and being on your feet for long periods of time Abilityto work weekends and public holidays in line with operational requirements DriversLicence advantageous Location: Arrowtown, Queenstown Hours: Full-time permanent and fixed-term seasonal positionsavailable(30 hours per week guaranteed) Hourly Rate: $26.50-28.00 gross per hour What’sin it for you?
