We're after a Ride Consultant / Service Technician for our Specialized Auckland store. This is a hybrid role for someone who's as sharp on the shop floor as they are on the workstand. Around60% of your week is in the workshop, repairs, servicing, bike builds, climbing to80% through the summer peak. The rest? Out front with Riders, giving honest advice and selling the best bikes on the planet. This role will be part of our fulltime crew working Tuesday - Saturday . What you'll do Keep Riders Riding: own repairs, servicing and builds, start to finish Own the Service Experience: take work in with precision, set expectations, then beat them Drive Sales: inspire confident purchases and follow up every enquiry Master the Tools: workshop craft plus Lightspeed POS and Hubtiger Be Rock Solid: dependable, punctual, and always ready to roll with the team What you'll bring A genuine passion for cycling and the Specialized brand 2-3 years of high-performance retail or sales experience, with results to show for it Bicycle mechanic knowledge(preferred) with a growth mindset Great communication and a team-first attitude Availability across weekends, the ability to lift 25kg+ and stand for long periods Why you'll love it World-class product, world-class training, and a crew that rides as hard as it works.
