Production Brewer

We're looking for a Production Brewer to join our established team of beer enthusiasts, dedicated to creating delicious beer. We are a small but passionate team, focussed on our Auckland community and unique beer experiences. We are driven by innovation, so there's always exciting projects happening. We have a collaborative team environment where your input will be welcomed. The role is full time, weekend work may be required and shift work alternating early starts or late finishes. It is a physically demanding role. Key responsibilities Brewing 2500L batches of beer to recipe with a focus on consistency and quality Cellar work including tank cleaning, dry-hopping, yeast pitching, centrifuging, filtration and preparing beer for packaging Daily analysis of beers in tank Weekly cleaning of the brew house and production area Accuracy in completing production paperwork Receiving inwards goods and completing relevant paperwork Basic servicing and maintenance of brewing equipment Signing off beer before packaging Participation in our health and safety program About you Ideally you'll share our passion for beer and have worked in a brewery IBD qualification preferred, however for a passionate applicant, this can be taught/undertaken on the job #J-18808-Ljbffr
