The Role Our security team is the first point of contact for all of our customers along with being a direct extension of our brand. It is vital that you provide a warm welcome to our guests and continue that rapport throughout the evening. Key Responsibilities Proactively monitoring intoxication levels within our site Reporting and coordinating with the head of security Managing and de-escalating conflict Upholding the sale and supplier of Liquor Act 2012 Checking ID's Skills and Experience Security experience along with a COA is preferred however not essential. Our ideal candidate will Be able to remain calm and professional under pressure Be trustworthy and mature Be able to control tricky situations and conversations responsibly Share the passion we have for our brand and demonstrate this Working weekends is essential, we are looking for flexible applicants who are able to commit to late nights.
