Bakery Assistants - Bread & Pastry Production Bakery Assistants – Bread & Pastry Production Loaf Limited is one of Auckland's largest commercial bakeries, based in Mt Wellington, supplying high-quality products to both FMCG and wholesale customers throughout New Zealand. We are looking for two enthusiastic Bakery Assistants to join our Production team, one in our Bread Department and one in our Pastry Department . These are permanent, full-time positions working 40 hours per week , Monday to Friday, with rostered start and finish times provided in advance. About the Role This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include: Traying and preparing products for baking Garnishing and finishing products to a high standard Ingredient preparation and general bakery support Assisting the production team to ensure daily production targets are met Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment About You To be successful in this role, you will: Have an excellent command of the English language Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure Be well organised with strong time management skills Have exceptional attention to detail Take pride in producing high-quality products Be a quick learner who can pick up new skills accurately and efficiently Be reliable, physically fit, energetic and have a positive attitude Enjoy working as part of a team You must have your own reliable transport .
