Barfoot & Thompson - North Shore, North Island Part-Time | Approximately 20 Hours Per Week Looking for a part-time opportunity where you can build your property management experience while being part of a supportive team? Our Orewa Property Management team is looking for a Property Management Assistant to join them for approximately 20 hours per week. You’ll work alongside an experienced Property Management team, providing administrative support across the portfolio and helping deliver a great experience for both landlords and tenants. This is a varied role where you’ll gain valuable exposure to the day-to-day operations of Property Management, with the opportunity to develop your skills along the way. What you’ll be doing Providing day-to-day support to the Property Management team Assisting with landlord and tenant enquiries Keeping property records and documentation up to date Supporting the wider team to ensure the office runs smoothly Assisting with junior Property Manager duties when required What you’ll bring You’ll be organised, proactive and comfortable working in a busy environment where attention to detail matters. You’ll also enjoy working with people and providing great customer service. We’re looking for: Strong administration and computer skills Excellent attention to detail and organisation Clear communication and a customer-focused approach Ability to multitask, prioritise and work proactively Previous property management or relevant administration experience preferred Why join us?
