As a Client Operations Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of your own portfolio of clients, managing their supply chains from A to Z, end-to-end across imports and exports. What You’ll Be Doing Own Your Clients Manage a portfolio of import/export clients Act as the primary point of contact for all operational matters Build strong, trust-based client relationships Arrange bookings with shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents Manage shipments end-to-end from origin through to final delivery Oversee documentation, customs processes, and compliance Drive Operational Excellence Track shipments, manage timelines, and proactively solve issues Ensure accurate and compliant file management in CargoWise Manage invoicing, cost control, and supplier payments Work closely with Sales, Accounts, and Customs teams Liaise with carriers, global partners, and regulatory bodies Provide clear, proactive updates and reporting to clients Build Relationships That Matter Develop strong relationships with clients and global partners Deliver service that positions you as an extension of your client’s business What We’re Looking For Graduates: Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar (preferred) Strong ambition to build a career in a global industry You will have: Strong organisation and attention to detail Confidence communicating with clients and stakeholders Ability to work under pressure and take ownership The Mindset That Wins Here You’re competitive and want to succeed You ask questions and learn quickly You take ownership of your results You’re not afraid to pick up the phone You want to be part of a high-performing team Why Avance Auckland?
