NZ Safety Blackwoods is seeking an experienced Inbound Operations Leader to manage the Drury DC inbound function. You will lead a team of operators and two shift supervisors, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient stock handling and KPI delivery. You will work hands-on on the floor, set standards, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
