Compliance Coordinator - Fire Protection You'll be responsible for coordinating compliance activities across a portfolio of commercial buildings. This is a key role within the business, coordinating inspections, documentation, technicians, customers and remedial works to ensure fire protection compliance requirements are met. Key responsibilities Coordinating fire protection inspections, testing and maintenance Monitoring compliance and inspection due dates Coordinating BWoF and Form 12A documentation Maintaining accurate compliance records and service documentation Reviewing technician reports and following up outstanding defects Coordinating remedial works and repairs Liaising with technicians, customers, contractors, building managers and property managers Following up quotations, approvals and completed works Ensuring compliance documentation is completed accurately and on time Assisting with audits, reporting and internal compliance processes About you Highly organised with excellent attention to detail A strong communicator who is confident dealing with customers and contractors Proactive and reliable, with excellent follow-through Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines Confident using computers, Excel and job-management systems A practical problem solver Professional and customer-focused Comfortable taking ownership and working independently Experience in fire protection, building compliance, facilities management, construction, property or a similar environment would be an advantage Knowledge of BWoF, compliance schedules, specified systems, IQP processes or NZ Building Act requirements would be highly regarded Flexibility - a supportive approach to work-life balance and flexibility where the role allows Training & support - learn the fire protection industry with support from an experienced team Phone/Laptop provided - the tools you need to do your job effectively Room to grow - genuine opportunities for career progression, development and taking on greater responsibility Ongoing development - build your knowledge and skills through on-the-job learning and industry experience Social team environment - work with a friendly team that enjoys getting together and celebrating our wins Job security - build your career in an essential and growing industry Supportive workplace - work with people who value teamwork, communication and doing a great job #J-18808-Ljbffr
