The Role: You'll work across a varied portfolio of property and commercial matters, advising individuals, businesses and property investors through important milestones. This is a hands-on role offering genuine responsibility, close client relationships, and exposure to a broad range of legal work. Your work will include: Residential and commercial property transactions Commercial leasing and development matters Business sales and acquisitions Company and trust structuring Commercial contracts and general business advice Building strong, long-term client relationships. Skills/Experience Required: You'll be a New Zealand-admitted solicitor with approximately 1-3 years' post-qualification experience in property and commercial law. We will look at strong graduates too. You'll also bring: Strong technical capability and attention to detail Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive, solutions-focused mindset The ability to manage your own matters while working collaboratively within a team A genuine desire to continue learning and developing your career Knowledge of Te Reo Māori, tikanga Māori or Te Ao Māori would be viewed favourably.
