About the Role We're looking for a reliable and motivated DC Associate to join our Auckland Distribution Centre team. You will work closely with the DC Manager and Supervisor to support a wide range of warehouse operations, including dispatch, inventory management, inwards good processing, and maintaining accurate stock records. Here's what's on offer Employment Status: Permanent Full-time Days of work: Monday to Friday (6:00am - 2:30pm) Minimum Hours: 40 hours per week Location: Wiri, Auckland Hourly Rate: $25.00 Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and dispatch customer, production, and export orders accurately and on time. Process inventory and warehouse transactions accurately, ensuring system records match physical stock. Receive, unload, check, and receipting incoming stock in accordance with company procedures and biosecurity requirements. Maintain accurate stock locations through effective shelving, storage, and inventory control practices. Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and inventory variances. Conduct cycle counts and support inventory management activities to achieve high stock accuracy standards. Work collaboratively with internal teams to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and support operational goals. Maintain a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment while actively contributing to health and safety. Demonstrate company values through positive communication, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
