Key Responsibilities: Providing patient-focused clinical care and treatment Supporting long-term condition management and preventative care Assisting with triage and care planning Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across sites Maintaining accurate clinical documentation What You'll Bring Current NZNC APC Strong clinical skills and confidence working across multiple settings Excellent communication and organisation skills Ability to adapt and thrive in a multi-site environment Experience in primary care (preferred but not essential) About the Team You'll be joining a collaborative, well-supported cluster team, working closely with experienced clinicians and leaders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
