We are working exclusively on a confidential opportunity with a well-established law firm seeking a motivated Property Lawyer to join their busy team. About the Role The position is focused on property work, particularly residential transactions, rural development, leasing and subdivisions, with some trust matters flowing naturally from the property matters. Succession Opportunity This role presents a genuine succession pathway. The current Consultant, who holds a loyal client base, is expected to retire in time, creating the opportunity to step into a ready-made practice. The Team You will be part of a supportive and highly experienced team, including: A solid team of legal executives and secretaries to support your workflows enabling you to focus on your clients. A Senior Solicitor within the property team Guidance and support from a highly respected and approachable senior property partner About You You will have solid experience in property law, with a strong interest in residential and subdivision work Trusts exposure is advantageous but not essential You will be looking for a long-term role with growth and succession potential #J-18808-Ljbffr
