An opportunity has arisen to join the Wellington team in the role of Branch Manager. This is very much a varied and “hands on position” that reports into the General Manager. The roles main aim is to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the Wellington Branch, including the showroom, warehouse and service department, in keeping with the companies’ commitment to superior customer service. As Branch of the year , you will take the reins of a solid and successful team in a company that recognises success and achievements Key responsibilities include; Being the face of the branch, ensuring complete customer satisfaction is achieved by professionally receiving and processing incoming enquiries and orders from customers via phone and email in line with the company policy of providing the “best back up service in the business”. Supporting the sales team and workshop and looking after individual requirements to assist their day-to-day activities. Ensuring all daily orders achieve same day dispatch. Maintain stock levels and ordering of spare parts and “whole goods” as required. Maintain a clean and safe environment in line with company Health & Safety policy. The successful candidate will be very much a relationship builder who understands the importance of repeat customer business and who possesses a confident, friendly and outgoing personality. A team player with a knowledge of machinery and equipment is important. Hours of work are 7.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Training on company processes and policy will be provided and a supportive management team exists.
