This roles requires you to get involved with all aspects ofbaking with a focus on Ovens and Dough. You will be competent in the following tasks: Making pastry and bread doughs. Working the ovens, unloading,de-panning, cooling and racking products Baking to the productionschedule to ensure levels of bread, rolls and other bread products meetcustomer demand. Baking, icing and decorating sweetproducts. Producing other bakery specificproducts as required (e.g. scones, muffins, pies, pizzas, cookiesetc.) Merchandising the product inthe department and ensuring effective stock rotation through themonitoring of best before dates. Receiving inwards goods. Followall procedures and policies related to Health and Safety, Food Safety andLabelling & Ticketing. Cleaningand maintenance tasks where appropriate. Completerelevant documentation both digitally and on paper.
