Join Unison Contracting Services as an Apprentice Asset Recorder and gain practical experience working both outdoors and in the office, while working towards industry-relevant skills and qualifications.. You'll play an important role in helping ensure our network records are accurate, supporting safety, planning, and damage prevention. Key responsibilities Assist with locating and identifying underground and above-ground assets Record asset information using GPS and digital tools Support cable tracing and locating activities Update records, plans and databases Work on active worksites and in the office Learn and apply safe working practices and industry standards Participate in structured training and development You’ll bring: NCEA Level 2 or above A willingness to learn and take on feedback Good attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions Restricted or Full NZ Driver Licence (or working towards it) Nice to have (but not essential): Interest in infrastructure, utilities or construction Outdoor or labouring experience Exposure to GIS, CAD or similar tools Why join us?
