Senior Beauty Therapist/Electrologist - Part Time/Flexible Hours Face Facts is seeking an experienced Senior Beauty Therapist/Electrologist to join our team in Epsom, Auckland on a part-time basis with flexible hours . We are looking for a bright, confident, professional senior therapist that is happy to work 2-4 days per week including two Saturday's a month. We know a good-work life balance is important and offer great flexible work hours. We specialise in Clarins, Guinot and Synergie skincare and treatments. Our diverse range of professional services ensures each day is unique. Experience with these brands would be a bonus but not necessary as in salon training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled beauty professional to take on a leadership role whilst maintaining the flexibility that part-time work offers. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional beauty treatments and electrolysis services to our valued clients and contributing to the professional standards of our salon. What you'll be doing Delivering a comprehensive range of beauty treatments including facials, body treatments, waxing, brazillian waxing, massage and skincare services to the highest professional standard Providing specialist electrolysis treatments Maintaining detailed client records and ensuring personalised service on repeat visits Ensuring all treatment areas are clean, hygienic and compliant with health and safety regulations Managing client bookings and rescheduling to optimise salon efficiency Contributing to a positive and professional salon atmosphere that encourages client loyalty and team morale Staying current with industry trends, new treatment techniques and product knowledge Assisting with stock management and ordering of beauty products and supplies as required What we're looking for Recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy from an accredited institution Formal certification or qualification in Electrolysis or relevant hair removal specialist training Minimum of 2-3 years in a salon environment with demonstrated expertise in electrolysis or someone wanting to return to the workforce with Beauty Therapy experience Strong knowledge of skincare, beauty products and treatment protocols across a range of services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships Proven ability to work independently and take initiative whilst contributing effectively as part of a team A genuine passion for beauty and wellness services and commitment to continuous professional development Experience with salon management systems and appointment scheduling software is desirable Being social media savvy would be a great asset for promoting the salon when needed About us Face Facts is a dedicated beauty salon with over 30 years in the beauty industry committed to delivering exceptional treatments and outstanding customer service.
