About the Role We are looking for a motivated and reliable Dispatcher / Production Worker to join our team. This is a hands-on, varied role that combines dispatch coordination with production duties, ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Working closely within the production team, you will help maintain smooth daily operations while contributing to a positive team culture. You will also have the opportunity to assist with developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) as our business continues to grow. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work required during the busy summer peak season. Start and finish times will vary, and peak periods may require up to 12-hour shifts. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage dispatch activities to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. Support the production team in meeting daily operational targets. Ensure customer orders are correct the first time, every time. Use computer systems to manage dispatch and production information. Assist with maintaining efficient workflows and implementing SOPs. Contribute to a safe, organised, and positive workplace. About You Reliable transport and a dependable work ethic. Previous dispatch experience (preferred but not essential). Availability for 6:00 am starts and longer shifts during peak periods. A high level of physical fitness and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support the team. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Confidence using computers and solving problems on the go. A practical, hands-on approach and the flexibility to assist wherever needed. The ability to work comfortably in a factory environment.
