Financial Accountant Lead

We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Accountant to join our team to deliver the company’s financial management functions. This is a hands-on role reporting to the Accounting Manager, where you will keep the numbers accurate, the reporting insightful, and the business well supported. Your key responsibilities will include: Supporting the budgeting and forecasting functions Cashflow and bank reconciliations Completing group financial and tax accounting activities KPI reporting and variance analysis Statutory compliance Sustainability reporting Business systems, controls and improvements You will bring strong financial accounting experience, advanced Excel skills, a practical eye for detail, and the confidence to work with people across the business. A relevant business or accounting qualification and team leadership experience are essential. CA membership and kiwifruit industry experience would be a bonus! #J-18808-Ljbffr
