As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in partnering with stakeholders across Police to understand business needs, analyse current and future state processes, and help shape solutions that deliver meaningful outcomes for our frontline. Key Accountabilities: Partner with stakeholders across New Zealand Police and potentially externally to identify, analyse, and document business needs and requirements. Facilitate workshops and business engagement sessions to define problems and solutions, and support decision-making. Create and analyse current and future state business processes and the gap betweenthem, and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Develop and maintainrequirements documentation, traceability, and contribute to change management processes. Contribute to business cases, financial analysis, and recommendations that support investment and organisational change decisions. Provide business analysis advice, manage stakeholder relationships, and contribute to the successful delivery of strategic programmes and projects.
