About the Opportunity If youre an experienced AP person who enjoys people and problem-solving as much as numbers, this could be a great next move. Join a well-known global organisation in a varied Accounts Payable Administrator role Take ownership of supplier queries, vendor reconciliations, POs and local AP support Work closely with internal stakeholders, helping solve issues and keep payments moving Support payment cycles, month-end activity, expenses, credit cards and AP systems Pick up some broader travel, facilities and office administration to keep things interesting This isn t a role where youll spend all day processing invoice after invoice. Much of the transactional processing sits offshore, leaving you to focus on the problem-solving, stakeholder and ownership side of AP. What Youll Bring Around 3+ years solid NZ Accounts Payable experience, ideally in a larger business Strong understanding of purchase orders, supplier reconciliations and AP processes Confidence dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders - youre happy to pick up the phone Strong systems capability; SAP experience is useful but not essential A proactive, organised approach with great attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly Youll suit this team if youre friendly, easygoing and collaborative, but also confident enough to follow things up, ask questions and push back when needed.
