About the Role We’re looking for a Groundsman to join our team and help maintain high standards across our grounds maintenance services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands on outdoor work and being part of a team, without the pressure of client management or supervisory responsibility. You will assist with day-to-day site maintenance and help ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of grounds maintenance services (mowing, edging, spraying, general upkeep) Work alongside the others to complete scheduled tasks Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures Assist with identifying and reporting maintenance issues Take pride in keeping sites clean, well-presented, and compliant What We’re Looking For Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or outdoor labour (preferred but not essential) Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team Good attention to detail Reliable and physically fit for hands‑on work Full driver’s licence (preferred) What We Offer Stable, full-time employment with a respected company Supportive team environment with clear direction Opportunity to learn from experienced staff Competitive pay based on experience Consistent workload across well‑maintained sites If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a solid team, and taking pride in practical, hands‑on work, we’d like to hear from you.
