Warehouse Team Leader

This role will have you oversee the day-to-day operations of our client’s busy warehouse. You will supervise warehouse staff, so customers order is picked in a timely, tidy and accurate fashion. The Role: Ensuring staff resouce are correctly and evenly distributed at all times to maximise overall effectiveness and efficiency to meet agreed deadlines Assist with order dispatch and order checking Ensuring stock is prepacked into outer pack quantities Ensuring shelf filling is carried out from stored bulk, trolleys and pallets The supervision of stock replacement, rotation and stocktaking Helping in inwards goods and assisting the warehouse supervisor What we are looking for: Proven experience warehouse and inventory operations Someone who can create a positive team environment within and among the warehouse staff, whilst supporting the warehouse manager in maintaining an effective, efficiently run warehouse operation Current forklift OSH and F endorsement would be beneficial but not essential Strong people leadership and team development skills Sound knowledge of inventory control, stocktaking, and warehouse systems A proactive approach to health, safety, and continuous improvement Strong organizational and communication skills Ready to Take the Lead?
