About the Role Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders through direct client contact across English and Mandarin-speaking markets Enjoy a high-impact mix of compliance, strategic advisory, true vCFO services, and direct client-facing responsibilities Lead and manage a portfolio of business advisory and accounting clients across diverse industries Review complex financial statements, tax returns, and management reports while taking ownership of client outcomes Grow the complexity of your advisory work in line with your performance and appetite for strategic challenges About You At least 4+ years’ BAS experience within a New Zealand CA firm Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) for effective communication Previous experience with Xero is advantageous CA qualification is preferred What’s in it for You?
