You willbe responsible for: Delivering ahigh-quality shopping experience for customers through exceptionalcustomer service. Team member supervision and training. Maintaining health & safety and food safety policies to agreedstandards Monitoring the security of the checkout area at all times. Handling customer enquiries and complaints appropriately and ensuring speedy resolution of price integrity and returns.
