The opportunity We are currently seeking candidates for our ambassador roles, who share our values of Safety & Security, Passion, Integrity, Reliability, Innovation and Teamwork and want to make someone's day, every day. Suitable candidates will be required to play a vital part in every customer's journey. The part you'll play. Ambassadors play a vital role within the airport, supporting a wide range of operations. Their responsibilities include aircraft and general area cleaning, assisting passengers who require additional support, transporting supplies throughout the airport, and marshalling passengers. In addition, they contribute to various support functions that help ensure smooth airport operations. This role offers an excellent entry point into the aviation industry, providing opportunities to develop skills and progress into specialised areas such as passenger services or ramp operations. Following safety, security and airline-specific procedures, you'll put our customers' needs at the heart of everything you do. To facilitate a smooth airport experience for passengers and assisting in the efficient processing of passengers through the airport from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities: Assisting passengers who need additional support such as unaccompanied minors, passengers with wheelchairs and groups throughout the airport Provide assistance at check-in with queue management, excess luggage monitoring and assist with removal of fragile items for collection Assist at gates to ensure an efficient boarding process, pre-boarding passengers, locating missing passengers etc. Cleaning of aircraft What you'll need to bring: Travel and Tourism Qualification (preferable) Customer, team and safety focus A respectful, friendly and supportive approach Reliability, punctuality and organisational skills Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations. Working in an Airside role, to follow aviation security requirements, you will be required to hold a full Airside Security Pass and a valid driving license.
