Full time Produce Assistant- NW Stratford We're looking for a motivated and reliable Produce Assistant to help deliver a high-quality fruit and vegetable department that our customers can rely on every day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on environment, takes pride in maintaining excellent standards, and is committed to providing outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Replenishing and merchandising fresh fruit and vegetable displays. Ensuring produce is fresh, appealing, and available throughout the day. Rotating stock and monitoring product quality. Removing damaged or unsaleable products. Assisting with stock receipting, storage, and department organisation. Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented produce department. Providing friendly and helpful service to customers. Following food safety and health & safety requirements. What We're Looking For A positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent attention to detail and presentation standards. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and customer service skills. Physically fit and able to lift and move stock safely. Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
