Position overview: As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality primary healthcare services and supporting positive patient outcomes within a busy general practice environment. Working collaboratively within a nursing team, and alongside General Practitioners and the wider clinical team, you will provide a range of nursing services including patient assessments, health education, chronic disease management, immunisations, wound care, and preventative health initiatives.
