The Opportunity: You will gain exposure to a broad range of issues and your role will include: Opinion writing; Research; Mediation assistance; Exposure to Authority and Court proceedings and assisting with preparation work for hearings; Advice and providing guidance on employment investigations including restructuring, misconduct and performance matters; Reviewing and drafting employment policies and agreements. Role Requirements: 1-3 years' PQE specialising in employment law, a must to have NZ law firm experience; Passion and drive to learn and develop your skillset in employment law; Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work; Developing and maintaining strong client relationships and providing exceptional client service; Strong teamwork ethic; Confident and professional with the ability to communicate effectively with industry leaders.
