FindIT Recruitment – Auckland, North Island is seeking an Intermediate Experience Designer to translate business requirements into user‑centred digital solutions for an internal staff platform. You will collaborate with Product, Engineers and Business Analysts, produce wireframes and high‑fidelity designs in Figma, help evolve design systems, and ensure accessibility and rigorous usability testing within an enterprise context.
