RITIMANA PUNA REO SOCIETY INCORPORATED – Auckland, North Island Te Puna Reo o Ritimana is a total immersion reo Māori early childhood centre in Central Auckland, founded in 1985 with a rich history and enduring commitment to the revitalisation of te reo Māori me ōna tikanga. We provide a safe, nurturing space where tamariki grow strong in their Māoritanga, coming to know themselves and their culture so that te reo Māori and tikanga are woven into their everyday thinking. Our kaupapa is guided by whanaungatanga, manaakitanga, rangatiratanga and kaitiakitanga. We are seeking a full-time, certificated ECE or primary school kaiako to join our whānau. Who we're looking for A qualified kaiako who speaks te reo Māori (or is committed to the journey of learning) and who will support our total immersion environment while respecting tikanga Māori at all times. You'll protect the mana and mauri of our tamariki, thrive as part of a diverse and committed team, and bring genuine enthusiasm for tamariki learning.
