We're looking for a talented Management Accountant to help us keep the good energy flowing. This is an influential role combining management accounting, business partnering, financial systems improvement and people leadership. You'll provide trusted financial advice and meaningful insights to help leaders make well-informed decisions, with a particular focus on operating expenditure and capital investment. Working closely with leaders across the business you'll: provide accurate and timely management reporting, analysis and financial advice help leaders understand financial performance, including key trends, drivers, variances, risks and opportunities lead budgeting and forecasting for the business areas you support provide constructive commercial challenge to strengthen OPEX and CAPEX plans support regulatory information disclosure, audit and financial accounting requirements lead improvements to financial systems, reporting tools and processes identify opportunities to simplify and automate the way we work train and support people to use financial systems and processes effectively maintain strong financial controls and the integrity of financial information lead, coach and develop a small team, creating a collaborative and improvement-focused team environment. What You Will Bring Along with your relevant qualifications you will have: experience in a similar finance or management accounting role a strong understanding of management, financial, regulatory and tax reporting sound knowledge of relevant accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS strong planning and organisational skills experience leading and supporting others, particularly when priorities are competing a practical approach to continuous improvement, including simplifying processes and improving reporting commercial judgement and the confidence to advise on a range of financial matters strong interpersonal and stakeholder relationship skills What's In It For You You'll be valued for who you are, rewarded for what you do and supported to thrive.
