ALH Auckland – Auckland airport, North Island ALH are on the hunt for hardworking and reliable Welders with CONFINED SPACE TICKETS to join our team across multiple sites in Auckland. You’ll work across a range of commercial and industrial sites, carrying out basic steel welding and mechanical component removal, supporting site teams and managers to keep projects running smoothly, with opportunities for ongoing and long‑term work. What You’ll Be Doing Basic steel welding tasks on site Unbolting and removing mechanical components Working safely within confined spaces as required Assisting tradespeople and site supervisors Site clean‑up and general duties as needed Following all health & safety procedures on site What's In It For You Competitive hourly rate (depending on experience & Toolset) Weekly pay 40–50+ hours per week Ongoing projects across Auckland All PPE provided Training and support to build your skills Long-term opportunities with potential for permanent roles Friendly, supportive team environment What We’re Looking For Valid Confined Space Certification Basic steel welding experience/competency Comfortable unbolting and removing mechanical components Prior industrial or construction experience (ideal) Physically fit and comfortable with manual work Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic Able to follow instructions and work well in a team Reliable transport to get to site Able to pass a pre‑employment drug test Clean MOJ check Site Safe certificate preferred (we can help you obtain one) Must have valid NZ working rights #J-18808-Ljbffr
